“Being part of this organization has been one of the greatest joys of my life.”- Ma’am Richelle. 7 Fulfilling Years! Ma’am Richelle R. Pabualan, known in the organization as Ma’am Sheng, Mamie and Mamshie, was the lone-strongest pillar of the board. Her contribution as the adviser of the University of Perpetual Help System Isabela’s official school publication, the Perpetual Gazette- through her guidance reached far greater heights as a result of her effort and commitment. A living legacy indeed, the passion she had as an adviser was exceptional. Incomparable to none, her keen expertise to journalism fueled the editorial board’s confidence to aim for excellence, integrity and enthusiasm- all to uphold the Perpetual Gazette’s quest as the voice of Perpetualites. The Bachelor of Science in Education and Bachelor of Elementary Education programs under the College of Arts and Education (CAE) at the University of Perpetual Help Laguna-Isabela Campus conducted a pinning ceremony themed "Perpetualite Educators: Fostering Skills for Global Competitiveness among Aspiring Educators" on September 27, 2024, at Tindalo Hall.   The program commenced with a prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the Perpetual Hymn. Dr. Warren L. Calilung, the school director, delivered the welcome address. Schools Division Superintendent Rachel R. Llana, PhD, CESO V, conveyed a particular and motivational speech, emphasizing the importance and dedication exhibited by future educators throughout the years.   Sir Glenn A.
