In pursuit of quality and academic excellence, cultivating a conducive and supportive environment for students' success must be the top priority in mind. Placing unnecessary burden on students at critical times, such as examination weeks, would contradict this very objective. Considering that this academic year recorded the highest number of students in years, it was anticipated that the queue for paying examination fees would increase significantly. Therefore, efficiency measures should have been planned in advance to address this surge. It has been brought to everyone's attention that the prolonged queue students face to settle their accounts are not just a minor inconvenience; they also significantly detract from valuable study time.  Instead of using these hours to compose themselves for the exams, students are left waiting in line, which increases their stress and undermines their focus.
